This machine is aimed at removing some of the impurities of peanuts on hand, for which consists of a rotary feeder to adjust the production according to the quality of the goods to be processed. This feeder multiaspirador delivery of three stages connected to the feeder, both with suction air regulation, for the elimination of light impurities by means of a fan 150 m3/min. The first zarandon receives approximately half of the merchandise. In its initial part is separated by means of self-cleaning screens, garbage collection in light that is endless. Then separated, also for self-cleaning screens, loose grain, covered by another worm. Here is a separation of heavy and light. The heavy falls into a hopper outlet while the light passes through a stripper heavy joining with the hopper in the same output. The second drawer receives the other half of the merchandise, being exactly like the first, except that the loose dirt and grain are separated by troughs rather than nonprofit.
